Specially made cork restaurant card with special measurements: 19 x 32 cm outside and seen from the front and closed, spine with 5.5 cm and leather tone with 13.5 cm, seams on the outside with contrast thread in water green tone, thickness of covers is +/-5mm.
This cork menu for restaurants is made with special sewn corners and a 3 cm structure to make it more resistant.
There is one (1) frame on the back cover and another on the back cover.
Each frame has a transparent rigid p.v.c. (1) to protect the written content.
The insertion of pages / sheets of content is done from the top (top) for which there is its own opening.
The sheet to be inserted into the frame should measure +/- 17 x 29 cm.
Each complete double-sided frame sheet is +/-4mm thick.
The sheets are sewn to the spine of the menu with a vertical seam down the center and reinforced.
Note: in the case of a single sheet (with a double-sided view) the sewing is done in the same way, but with a different industrial application.
All visible sheets / frames or sheets that are added are always covered with a transparent pp film to protect the contents of the inserted sheets.
It is possible to increase the number of extra sheets to obtain more pages or reduce the number to just the front and back covers with the frames.
